Pre-Plasterer / Skilled Labourer – New Build Housing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pre‑Plasterer or Skilled Labourer to join a leading new‑build housing contractor on a busy residential development in Manchester. The role involves preparing surfaces, supporting trades and maintaining a safe, organised site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out pre‑plaster preparation works on new‑build properties
• Perform dot and dab patching and fill around windows, doors and service penetrations
• Apply foam and mastic, and undertake snagging and finishing tasks
• General labouring, site maintenance and cleaning duties
• Assist other trades on site when required

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Pre‑Plasterer or Skilled Labourer role on new‑build housing sites
• Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable, hard‑working and able to work independently
