Pre Tenancy Coordinator – Residential Lettings

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pre Tenancy Coordinator to join a successful residential lettings team in Woking. You will manage the pre‑tenancy journey from the accepted offer through to move‑in, ensuring all compliance, documentation and customer service requirements are met accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the pre‑tenancy process from offer acceptance to move‑in.
• Arrange tenant referencing, AML checks, Right‑to‑Rent checks and other compliance documentation.
• Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and supporting paperwork promptly.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure properties are ready for occupation.
• Monitor safety certificates, deposit requirements and statutory documents before move‑in.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and meet all statutory deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings administration, tenancy coordination or property administration.
• Good understanding of the pre‑tenancy process, tenancy agreements and lettings compliance.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload and chase outstanding information.
