Premises Manager – Primary School (West London)

About the role

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a Premises Manager for a thriving Ofsted "Good" primary school in West London. The role is full‑time and temporary, running from September 2026 until July 2027, with the possibility of extension or a permanent offer based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operation and maintenance of school buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate health and safety, safeguarding, and compliance checks.
• Manage contracts with external service providers and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Lead a small facilities team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and budgets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Premises Manager in the UK.
• Current safeguarding training completed within the last year.
• Enhanced DBS certificate with online update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Two professional child‑related references covering the last two years.
