Prep/Scanning Specialist – Temporary Full‑Time (8am‑4pm)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Prep/Scanning Specialist to join our client’s busy warehouse team on a temporary, full‑time basis. You will be responsible for preparing, scanning, coding and indexing client documents while ensuring high quality and security.

Key responsibilities

• Remove staples, bindings and assess document quality before scanning.
• Operate advanced scanning hardware and software to capture images.
• Index and link scanned files to the appropriate document management system.
• Perform quality checks on all scanned images and complete daily paperwork.
• Provide ad‑hoc scanning support to other departments and operate the lamination machine when required.
• Maintain secure storage of client documentation in line with policy.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with colleagues and clients.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach.
• Flexibility to switch between tasks throughout the day.
• Keen attention to detail.
