About the role

We are looking for an experienced Press Toolmaker to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Gloucester. You will maintain and repair press tooling, including transfer and progression tools, and support production targets through tooling development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair press tooling, such as transfer and progression tools.
• Identify, design and implement modifications to improve tool performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to help meet output goals.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on all press tools.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with stamping or injection‑moulding tooling.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to meet production deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to succeed in a fast‑paced, growing company.
