Pressure Testing Technician – Water Pipelines (Field Based)

About the role

This field‑based position involves travelling across the South of England to carry out pressure testing, chlorination and dechlorination on new and existing water pipelines. You will work for a specialist infrastructure contractor delivering high‑quality services to utility companies and civil engineering firms.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out pressure testing on water pipelines and associated infrastructure.
• Perform chlorination and dechlorination of new pipeline installations.
• Operate specialist monitoring and testing equipment.
• Produce technical reports and maintain accurate project records.
• Collaborate with utility companies, contractors and site teams.

Required profile

• Experience in water utilities, plumbing, mechanical engineering or pipeline installation.
• Proven ability to work on‑site within utilities or infrastructure environments.
• Full UK driving licence.
