We are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a thriving independent estate agency in Guildford. You will work in a fast‑paced property environment, delivering exceptional customer service and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Register buyers and match them with suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings, gather feedback and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Generate new business leads, arrange valuations and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Estate Agency Sales Negotiator.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑moving environment.
• Organised with excellent time‑management skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
