Pricing Analyst (Hybrid, 12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading international organisation to hire a Pricing Analyst on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract in Hatfield, with hybrid working. This position is ideal for a graduate or early‑career analyst eager to develop expertise in pricing, commercial strategy and data analysis across EMEA markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of regional pricing strategies.
• Analyse pricing trends and provide insights for commercial decision‑making.
• Monitor pricing activity across international markets and assess commercial impacts.
• Assist with pricing for new product launches and ongoing product lifecycle planning.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Produce reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support various commercial, pricing and finance projects across the region.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, Health Economics or another quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and a keen interest in data modelling.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly.
• Genuine interest in pricing, commercial strategy, finance or business analytics.
