Pricing & Coding Administrator (Remote, UK)

About the role

We are looking for a Pricing & Coding Administrator to support IVC Evidensia’s Pricing and Coding team across the UK and ROI. The role is fully remote and involves maintaining stock codes, delivering training, and handling first‑line queries to ensure smooth pricing operations for our veterinary clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training to support, management and practice teams on coding systems.
• Provide administrative support such as venue booking, meeting organisation and minute taking.
• Maintain and update UK & ROI stock codes (approx. 10,000 UK / 3,000 ROI), including descriptions, supplier codes, labels and pricing.
• Engage with suppliers, laboratories and visiting specialists to resolve code issues and improve communication.
• Manage the Price Changes inbox, ensuring timely and accurate handling of requests.
• Assist with national price reviews, pricing and coding projects, and pilots.
• Update intranet with supplier price reports and practice resources.
• Respond to first‑line queries from practices and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a veterinary environment to contextualise data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for frequent interaction with internal teams, practices and suppliers.
• Experience presenting both in‑person and online.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel proficiency (including XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
