Pricing Manager with AI knowledge

About the role

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Pricing Manager who understands the impact of artificial intelligence on professional services pricing. The role is client‑facing and involves close collaboration with partners and senior stakeholders to design and deliver innovative pricing proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Work with partners and key stakeholders to develop and present pricing proposals.
• Encourage the adoption of flexible pricing options for clients and prospects.
• Analyse profitability, rates, past matter performance and benchmark data to form a commercial view of each client.
• Prepare business cases supporting pricing submissions and global proposals.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to guide pricing decisions.
• Support partners in understanding practice performance through pricing levers.
• Lead and deliver pricing projects as they arise.
• Assist partners in negotiation strategy and represent the firm in client negotiations.

Required profile

• Several years of pricing experience, preferably within professional services.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven efficiencies and their influence on pricing structures.
• Familiarity with value‑based pricing and alternative fee arrangements such as fixed, capped, or success‑based fees.
• Ability to navigate AI adoption while maintaining professional integrity.
