Primary Classroom Support – Teaching Assistant

About the role

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and 1:1 Support Assistants to join primary schools across Liverpool. You will help children build confidence, stay engaged, and succeed academically and emotionally.

Key responsibilities

• Support learning in the classroom through group and individual activities.
• Provide dedicated 1:1 assistance to pupils with additional needs.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and behaviour management.
• Create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued.

Required profile

• Patient, encouraging, and confident working with children.
• Calm under pressure and able to respond positively to challenges.
• Willingness to work in a team that shapes young lives daily.
