About the role
Reed Education is the Managed Service Provider for the Inspire Partnership, delivering daily supply cover for primary schools across Croydon. You will provide short‑term, long‑term and permanent teaching cover, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver daily supply teaching across multiple primary schools within the Inspire Partnership.
- Accept short‑term, long‑term and permanent placement assignments as needed.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.
- Collaborate with school staff and Reed consultants to ensure smooth transitions.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the United Kingdom.
- Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom management skills.
