About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a range of welcoming primary schools in South Liverpool to recruit Early Career Teachers. The positions start in September 2026 and include full‑time, long‑term supply and flexible daily supply opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the national curriculum for Year 1‑6 classes.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with senior staff and contribute to whole‑school initiatives.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion.
• Strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for teaching.
• Flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to work across different schools.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
