About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Tower Hamlets. This full‑time, permanent position offers a welcoming environment where staff development, pupil achievement and wellbeing are central.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Create a positive, nurturing classroom where all pupils can thrive.
- Assess, monitor and support pupil progress effectively.
- Collaborate with experienced teachers, support staff and school leaders.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
Required profile
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve it.
- Passion for primary education and a commitment to raising standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour.
