About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to support primary schools across the Hastings area. Whether you prefer full‑time, part‑time or occasional days, you can gain valuable classroom experience while exploring long‑term opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Teach across a variety of primary schools
- Deliver engaging lessons using provided plans
- Build confidence and classroom management skills
- Explore potential long‑term placements that could become permanent
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and ECT status
- Recent teaching experience with references
- Willingness to complete enhanced DBS and vetting checks
