Primary Intervention Teacher (All Key Stages)

About the role

We are seeking experienced primary teachers to deliver high‑impact, targeted interventions in maths and literacy across the Maidstone and Medway Trust network. The role focuses on 1:1 and small‑group sessions for pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping to close learning gaps and raise attainment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver personalised intervention lessons for individual pupils or small groups.
• Align sessions with the KS1 and KS2 curriculum for maths and literacy.
• Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies to maximise impact.
• Collaborate with school staff across multiple sites within the trust.

Required profile

• Qualified primary teacher with experience in intervention work.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Ability to work flexibly across different schools.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to measurable student improvement.
