Primary Intervention Teacher – Flexible Supply Role

About the role
We are partnering with a large Primary Trust across Maidstone and Medway to provide experienced primary teachers for targeted intervention work. The role involves delivering high‑impact 1:1 and small‑group sessions in Maths and Literacy for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver tailored intervention lessons for individual pupils or small groups.
- Focus on closing learning gaps and raising attainment in Maths and Literacy.
- Support multiple schools within the trust network on a flexible schedule.
- Monitor progress and adapt interventions to meet each pupil’s needs.
Required profile
- Qualified primary teacher with experience in intervention teaching.
- Proven ability to work one‑to‑one and with small groups.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
- Flexible, proactive attitude and willingness to travel between schools.
