Primary Intervention Teacher (Flexible, Temporary)

About the role

We are partnering with a large Primary Trust in Maidstone and Medway to provide focused 1:1 and small‑group interventions for pupils needing extra support in Maths and Literacy. The role is temporary and full‑time, allowing you to work across several schools within the trust network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted intervention sessions for individual pupils and small groups.
• Focus on closing learning gaps in KS1 and KS2 Maths and Literacy.
• Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies to raise attainment.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency across the trust.

Required profile

• Experience delivering 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Proven ability to raise attainment and close learning gaps.
• Flexible and proactive approach to supporting multiple schools.

Required skills
