About the role
We are partnering with a large Primary Trust in Maidstone and Medway to deliver high‑impact, targeted interventions in Maths and Literacy. The role is ideal for an experienced primary teacher who wants to focus on raising attainment through 1:1 and small‑group sessions without the responsibilities of a full class.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions for KS1 and KS2 pupils.
- Target specific learning gaps in Maths and Literacy to improve pupil outcomes.
- Collaborate with multiple schools within the trust network to ensure consistent support.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximise impact.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering 1:1 and small‑group interventions.
- Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
- Demonstrated ability to raise attainment and close learning gaps.
- Flexible, proactive approach to supporting several schools.
