Primary Intervention Teacher (KS1/KS2) – Flexible Temps

About the role

We are partnering with a large Primary Trust across Maidstone and Medway to deliver high‑impact 1:1 and small‑group interventions in Maths and Literacy. This temporary position offers flexible days and the chance to support pupils across multiple schools within the trust network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small‑group intervention sessions for KS1 and KS2 pupils.
• Focus on raising attainment and closing learning gaps in Maths and Literacy.
• Collaborate with staff across several schools within the trust.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Required profile

• Experienced primary teacher with a passion for intervention work.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Ability to raise attainment and close learning gaps.
• Flexible, proactive approach to supporting multiple schools.
