Primary Intervention Teacher (Supply)

About the role

We are seeking experienced primary teachers to deliver targeted 1:1 and small‑group interventions in maths and literacy across schools in the Maidstone and Medway trust network. This supply position offers flexible days and the chance to make a measurable impact on pupil attainment without the responsibility of a full class.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high‑impact intervention sessions for KS1 and KS2 pupils.
• Assess individual learning gaps and tailor support to raise attainment.
• Collaborate with school staff to integrate interventions into existing timetables.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualified primary teacher with experience in 1:1 or small‑group intervention.
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum, particularly maths and literacy.
• Proactive, flexible approach to working across multiple schools within a trust.
• Ability to work independently and deliver focused teaching.
