Primary PPA Teacher – EYFS to KS2 (Permanent)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary PPA Teacher to join a vibrant, inclusive school in Hackney from September 2026. This permanent position will see you delivering engaging lessons across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 while covering classes during teachers' PPA time.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver well‑planned, engaging lessons across EYFS to KS2.
- Cover classes throughout the primary phase during PPA periods.
- Lead targeted intervention sessions to support pupil progress.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and a positive learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced primary teacher (ECTs strongly encouraged).
- Confidence adapting to different classrooms and year groups.
- Strong communication and classroom‑management abilities.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude.
