Primary School Supply Teacher – Flexible Days

About the role

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking qualified Primary School Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Barking & Dagenham. This role offers the flexibility to choose the number of days you work each week, allowing you to balance personal commitments while gaining valuable classroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit the needs of each school.
• Build relationships with staff and pupils across multiple schools.
• Provide short‑term or long‑term cover as required.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); early career teachers are welcome.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, reliable and confident teaching approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality primary education.
