Primary School Teacher – Permanent Roles in Kirkham, Warton & Freckleton

About the role

Tradewind Education is partnering with primary schools on the Fylde coast to fill permanent teaching positions for the September 2026 academic year. The roles are based in the villages of Kirkham, Warton and Freckleton and offer a chance to join established school communities before the new term begins.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil engagement.
  • Adapt quickly to the unique environment of each village school.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and ensure continuity of learning.

Required profile

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
  • Proven reliability and professional conduct.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Flexible, "can‑do" attitude with a passion for primary education.
