About the role
Reeson Education is partnering with a friendly two‑form entry primary school in Redbridge to recruit a qualified teacher for a September 2026 start. The school offers a supportive environment with a mix of newly qualified and experienced staff, aiming to deliver an engaging curriculum for all pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a calm, inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and adapt the curriculum.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to parents and senior staff.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE.
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 2 in the UK.
- Ability to start quickly and manage a class independently.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, collected approach to behaviour management.
