Primary School Teacher – Year 4 (Sept 2026)

About the role

We are partnering with a vibrant primary school in Brent to recruit a qualified Primary School Teacher for a Year 4 class starting September 2026. The role is full‑time and contract‑based, offering the chance to work within a supportive community focused on inclusive, high‑quality education.

Key responsibilities

• Stay current with educational research, policies, and training, implementing school and local authority initiatives.
• Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks.
• Plan and deliver an inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils across core and non‑core subjects.
• Monitor pupil progress using data, identify gaps, and implement effective interventions.
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Commitment to delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Team‑player with a reflective and proactive approach.
