About the role
We are supporting a forward‑thinking primary school in North West London that blends the National Curriculum with tailored learning experiences for pupils with special educational needs and additional learning needs. The school values creativity, flexibility and pupil wellbeing, offering a supportive environment for a passionate SEND teacher.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with additional learning needs.
- Adapt the National Curriculum to meet individual SEND requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the SENDCo and support staff to plan interventions.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to boost pupil engagement and progress.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, families and the wider school community.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching experience.
- Proven experience working with SEND pupils in a primary setting.
- Creative, flexible and nurturing approach to teaching.
- Strong commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
