Primary Supply Teacher – Cheshire West & Chester

About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Cheshire West & Chester. The role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose day‑to‑day supply, short‑term placements, or longer‑term contracts that suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the primary curriculum in accordance with each school’s policies and timetables.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
• Adapt lesson plans quickly to fit the needs of different schools and year groups.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and pupil progress.
• Collaborate with school staff and follow safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• Proof of Right to Work in the UK (passport or birth certificate).
• Curriculum Vitae covering at least ten years of education or employment.
• Fully enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one (cost reimbursed).
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and flexible approach to teaching.
