Primary Supply Teacher – Daily Cover in Southwark

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Step confidently into different classrooms while maintaining high standards of learning.
• Create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school and adapt them where appropriate.
• Manage behaviour effectively and encourage pupil participation.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth school day.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within UK primary schools.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.
• A proactive, adaptable and dependable approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to settle quickly into new schools.
