Primary Supply Teacher – Daily Supply (Maidstone area)

About the role

Reed Education is partnering with primary schools in the Maidstone area to provide daily supply teachers. This flexible, ad‑hoc role allows qualified teachers to step into classrooms across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 at short notice, supporting schools with reliable coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons and maintain classroom continuity on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Accept same‑day bookings and pre‑booked cover when available.
• Adapt teaching approaches to suit different year groups and pupil needs.
• Manage behaviour effectively and ensure a safe learning environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Positive, adaptable attitude toward varied classes and year groups.
• Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver lessons at short notice.
