Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Days in Gloucester

About the role

This temporary position offers a qualified primary teacher the chance to work across a range of mainstream schools in Gloucester and nearby areas. You will step into classrooms on short‑notice, delivering lessons while enjoying the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils.
• Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and school routines.
• Maintain effective classroom and behaviour management.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, KS1 and KS2 curriculum.
• Confident, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.

Required skills

• Curriculum knowledge for early years and primary key stages.
• Classroom management techniques.
