Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Day‑to‑Day Roles

About the role
Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers for day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term assignments across Gloucester and surrounding schools. You will join a trusted teaching agency that matches you with local primary classrooms.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 year groups.
- Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment.
- Support pupils’ learning progress, wellbeing and inclusion.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and timetables.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and each school’s policies.
Required profile
- Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) or Early Career Teacher.
- Teachers returning after a career break.
- Experienced educators seeking flexible or part‑time work.
- Confident, adaptable and able to build relationships with school staff.
