Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Full‑time/Part‑time

About the role

We are looking for qualified teachers who want flexible, day‑to‑day supply work in primary schools across Stroud and surrounding areas. The position is ongoing, allowing you to choose when and where you work while gaining experience in a variety of classroom settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of year groups and subjects.
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school policies.
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress when required.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent – Early Career Teachers are welcome.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to adapt to different schools and year groups.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Professional, positive and flexible attitude.
