Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Roles in East London

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of supportive schools in Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest. The role offers flexible, part‑time and temporary assignments for experienced teachers, newly qualified teachers (ECTs) and anyone looking for a better work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 following each school’s curriculum plan.
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning while creating an inclusive classroom environment.
• Manage pupil behaviour effectively and build positive relationships.
• Adapt quickly to different schools, year groups and classroom settings.
• Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Flexible, reliable and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
