About the role

Reed Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide short‑term cover for schools across Cheshire West and the surrounding area. This role offers flexible, on‑the‑day bookings for qualified teachers looking to gain experience or maintain their teaching practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the National Curriculum to primary pupils across various year groups.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of each school.
• Provide accurate end‑of‑day reports and feedback to the school.

Required profile

• PGCE or equivalent degree with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Minimum two years of teaching experience with verifiable references.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with staff and pupils.
