Primary Supply Teacher – Flexible Temp Positions

About the role

We are looking for qualified primary supply teachers who value flexibility and want to make a real impact on pupils across a range of schools in Crawley. You will work on an ad‑hoc basis, accepting assignments that suit your schedule and covering various year groups as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons and adapt them to meet diverse student needs.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants where appropriate.
• Think quickly and respond to unexpected situations when lesson plans are unavailable.
• Mark work and provide clear, timely feedback.
• Maintain classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
• Ensure the safety and safeguarding of all children.

Required profile

• Current DBS check with no prohibitive reprimands.
• Relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE).
• QTS desirable; NQT applications welcomed.
• Proven experience teaching in a primary setting.
• Strong commitment and positive attitude toward the role.
