Primary Supply Teacher – Guaranteed Pay Scheme (Medway)

About the role
Reed Education is partnering with a Trust of four primary schools in the Medway area to create a Guaranteed Pay Scheme for qualified supply teachers. You will become the first‑choice teacher for all short‑term and day‑to‑day cover across the Trust, enjoying consistent work and the security of guaranteed pay for agreed days.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day and short‑term classroom cover across four primary schools.
- Deliver lessons for Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 as required.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different school environments and pupil needs.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with staff and leadership teams.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Based in or able to commute to the Medway area.
- Confident delivering across Early Years, KS1 or KS2.
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning in varied settings.
- Flexible, professional and committed to high standards.
