Primary Supply Teacher – Guaranteed Pay (Stroud)

About the role

Reed Education is looking for reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a cluster of schools in Stroud and surrounding areas. This guaranteed‑pay contract offers the flexibility of supply work while providing a secure daily rate and consistent placements within local schools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑prepared lessons for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required.
• Maintain a positive, well‑managed classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching style to suit different schools and key stages.
• Support pupil learning and uphold high behaviour standards.
• Follow all school policies, including safeguarding procedures.
• Provide clear end‑of‑day feedback to the host school.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools.
• Flexible, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management abilities.
• Valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
