About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide flexible, short‑term coverage in primary schools across Bexhill and the surrounding area. Whether you are newly qualified or have several years of experience, this role allows you to work around your personal schedule while making a positive impact in the classroom.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the planned curriculum and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and pupil progress.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Clean DBS check.
- Teaching experience in a school setting within the last five years.
Required skills
- Effective classroom management.
- Lesson planning and delivery.
What we offer
- Flexible scheduling – work as little or as often as you prefer.
- Daily rate between £110 and £130.
- £250 referral bonus for successful teacher recommendations.
