Primary Supply Teacher

About the role
We are recruiting qualified Primary Teachers for day‑to‑day and long‑term supply across a variety of East Sussex primary schools, including both mainstream and SEN settings. Schools are welcoming, well‑resourced and provide strong support for supply staff. You will teach across EYFS to KS2 depending on your experience and preference.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver supply teaching across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2) in mainstream and special educational needs (SEN) settings.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of each class and maintain continuity of learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Recent classroom experience teaching EYFS to KS2.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
- Confident, adaptable and reliable.
