Primary Supply Teacher

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking qualified Primary Supply Teachers to support schools across the Hillingdon borough on a daily basis. The role covers Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes and starts as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the planned curriculum for EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classes on short‑notice assignments.
• Maintain classroom discipline, ensure pupil safety and promote a positive learning environment.
• Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the specific needs of each school.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning.

Required profile

• Full teaching qualification comparable to a PGCE (qualified teacher status or equivalent).
• Early‑career teachers (ECTs) are also welcome.
• Reliable, flexible and able to start at short notice.
• Strong communication skills and a confident classroom presence.

Required skills

• Classroom management.
• Curriculum delivery for EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Ability to adapt teaching resources quickly.
