Primary Supply Teacher – No Planning Required (Plymouth area)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work in schools across the Plymouth area. The role offers a set timetable from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with pre‑designed lesson plans, so you can focus on classroom interaction without any take‑home marking.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver pre‑designed lessons to Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Support pupils with daily activities and assessments as directed.
• Provide feedback to the class teacher and follow school policies.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to engage pupils quickly.
• Positive, adaptable attitude and enthusiasm for teaching.
• Valid DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
