About the role
Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to provide flexible, day‑to‑day cover and longer‑term placements across a variety of welcoming primary schools in Salford. The role suits both experienced teachers and newly qualified teachers (ECTs) looking for varied teaching experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, adapting content to meet pupil needs.
- Provide reliable day‑to‑day cover and support short‑term or long‑term assignments.
- Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure continuity of learning.
- Record attendance and assess pupil progress as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A positive, professional, and adaptable approach.
- Commitment to creating engaging learning experiences.
