Primary Teacher – Day‑to‑Day Supply (Part‑Time)

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher to provide day‑to‑day supply cover in a mainstream primary school in Wilmslow, Cheshire. The role is part‑time and temporary, offering the chance to work with a full class supported by teaching assistants while following the National Curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lessons across the primary curriculum to a full class of pupils.
- Plan, prepare and mark work in line with school standards.
- Manage classroom behaviour using established strategies.
- Support pupils with additional needs alongside teaching assistants.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to senior staff.
Required profile
- Valid QTS or QTLS registration.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience.
- Experience teaching pupils with additional needs.
- Proven behaviour management skills.
Required skills
- Ability to plan, deliver and assess lessons effectively.
- Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities.
