Primary Teacher (Early Career) – Supply Roles in Bristol

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) who have recently completed their PGCE and hold QTS, to provide daily supply teaching across primary schools in Bristol. This role offers a fast‑track way to build confidence, gain classroom experience and showcase your abilities to local schools while you search for a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the full primary curriculum to classes on a daily supply basis.
• Adapt lesson plans quickly to meet the needs of different year groups and schools.
• Maintain classroom discipline and act as a positive role model for pupils.
• Provide feedback to school staff and contribute to pupil progress monitoring.

Required profile

• A teacher who will soon hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
• An inspirational and enthusiastic ECT with high organisational skills.
• Someone who is an excellent role model and actively promotes the skills, attributes, and behaviours important in the classroom.
