Primary Teacher – Early Career Teacher (ECT)

About the role
Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to join a network of primary schools in Liverpool. The role offers flexible daily supply, long‑term and permanent placements across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, allowing you to gain classroom experience while completing your induction.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver daily supply teaching or take on long‑term assignments in primary classrooms.
- Plan and deliver lessons for pupils in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Maintain effective classroom management and support pupil progress.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS (starting summer/autumn).
- Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive mindset with a passion for primary education.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
