Primary Teacher – Flexible Daily Rate

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Primary Teachers to support schools across Crawley on a flexible basis. The role can be tailored from one to five days a week, making it ideal for teachers who want to supplement their current schedule or take on full‑time work.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of pupils.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, record and report student progress.
- Collaborate with fellow staff and contribute to the wider school community.
- Use a range of teaching resources and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in primary education.
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to child development.
