Primary Teacher – Flexible Full‑time or Part‑time Roles

About the role
We are partnering with a range of welcoming primary schools in Mitcham and the wider Merton borough to recruit enthusiastic Primary Teachers. The positions are available on both full‑time and part‑time bases, covering short‑term supply work as well as long‑term or permanent appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for EYFS, KS1 and KS2 pupils in line with the National Curriculum.
- Support pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other school staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and staff initiatives.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different school contexts.
- Proactive, reliable and able to engage students positively.
Required skills
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum for primary education.
