Primary Teacher – Flexible Full‑time/Part‑time in Bath

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join mainstream primary schools in Bath. The role can be undertaken on a part‑time or full‑time basis during standard school hours, offering flexibility to suit your personal schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Use assessment data and implement strategies to raise pupil achievement.
• Manage HLTAAs and/or LSAs within the classroom.
• Deliver the curriculum appropriate to the age and ability of the group.
• Encourage pupil participation in social and academic activities.
• Support behaviour management and social‑emotional development.
• Follow all school policies on behaviour, safeguarding and health & safety.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and an education degree or equivalent.
• Experience of primary teaching in any capacity.
• Availability to work between 08:30 and 15:30 on school days, term‑time.
• Flexibility to work part‑time or full‑time and adjust availability weekly.

Required skills

• Ability to analyse assessment data and plan interventions.
• Classroom management of HLTAAs/LSAs.
• Curriculum planning and delivery.
