About the role
Reed is recruiting passionate Primary Teachers for full‑time, long‑term positions starting in September 2026 across schools in Cambridgeshire. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching to primary‑age pupils and contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and support pupil progress and attainment.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents and carers.
- Participate in wider school community activities.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong classroom management abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to raising standards and pupil achievement.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
Required skills
- Strong classroom management.
- Effective lesson planning.
- Assessment and progress tracking.
